Day 7 of 30 Days of Christmas

Poinsettia
This word is often mispronounced but however, you pronounce it this card is beautiful.
Created by Diane Blumenstock
The poinsettia was created using the Blossom Petals Builder Punch.
If you attended my October crop then you will remember the technique we used
to create the cool leaves.
This is a similar technique.  Punch the petals.  Fold or Score in half.  Then use your diagonal
plate to score lines with the petal still folded.
Other supplies used to create this card include:
Whisper White card stock
Real Red card stock
Daffodil Delight card stock
Owl Builder Punch (largest circle)
Fancy Fan Embossing Folder, (Use brayer to ink of one side of folder with garden green ink and place card stock inside and use Big shot to emboss.
Stampin' Up! dimensionals ( these are the best on the market)
Apothecary Accents Framelits,
This is my kind of Poinsettia.  It doesn't require any water.

Day 6 of 30 days of Christmas

A Christmas card designed by Tammie White and created by Diane Blumenstock

I have all the pieces for this and I can't wait to create it.  All of my team members got to make this
at our team meeting last month.  I was distracted with some administrative things so I didn't get to make this but I'm going to.
The supplies I will need to make this are
Gumball Green card stock
Garden Green card stock
The Boho Blossoms punch (yes, the wreath is created with the punch.  This is a great task to give your child to do or your loving husband.  It will keep them busy for a while)
1 1/4" circle punch and 1 3/4" circle punch (punch the 1 1/4" circle first and then the 1 3/4" around the hole that was left to gift you the circle to build your boho blossoms on.  Yes, trust me do one before the other.
Primrose Petals card stock
Rhinestone Basic Jewels (definately one of my favourite items,  you can use a sharpie marker and change the colour of these.  Dear Stampin' Up!  Please sell these by the case.  lol)
Be of Good Cheer Designer Series Paper (the picture in the catalogue doesn't do this justice, I think I
have used about 20 pkgs so far because it is so pretty)
Staz On Black ink
Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch
Primrose Petals 3/8" Stitched Satin Ribbon
If you haven't started your Christmas cards yet then imagine making this card.  All your friends and family would love to receive this in the mail.
Thanks Tammie and Diane!

Day 5 of 30 Days of Christmas

After a very successful all day crop at Mt Pleasant Community Centre this past Saturday, I find myself a little behind.  So this will be me catching up.
Attend my next all day crop at Mt Pleasant Community Centre on Saturday, December 1st from 10am to 10pm.  You will be spoiled with 6 ft of your own personal cropping space, lunch and dinner and yummy snacks,  and a very cool make & take.
This crop will be my best yet.  Reserve your space today.  Cost is only $35 or FREE with order (minimum $75)

Todays Christmas project is my rag wreath.

Oh my gosh!  I love this.  I did this class at Elmhurst craftD Christmas Retreat.
It is so easy and we have Christmas fabric available on the clearance rack.
You take a wire frame and tear fabric into small pieces and tie them around the
wire.  It's so easy.  I saw the original idea on interest.  Even the bow I made using
glue so this is a no sew project.  It's great to make while sitting in front of the t.v.
Check out the shop now button and look in the clearance rack to order your fabric
today.  So cool!

Modern Label Punch

This creation is one of Diane Blumenstock's.  aka best friend/sister in law.

just jumps off of the card and says "elegant"

Day 2 of 30 Days of Christmas

Today's card is one of my designs.  The base of the card is Early Espresso
card stock and on top of that is the flocked window sheet from the
Candlelight Christmas Specialty Designer Series Paper.  I love the feel
of the flocked design and the richness that it gives the card.
This card glimmers without the use of glitter.  It's true.
