15 Days Until Christmas

Thursday, December 10, 2015

I received my first Christmas Card this
year from Melissa Bellefontaine
Isn't it super cute?
The hat is holding down the
 snowman flap.

You open it up to see the greeting.
Would you like to make this card.
I created a FREE tutorial so that
you could make this cute card too.

Start with a 4 1/4 x 11" piece of Basic black
card stock scored at 2 5/8" x 7 7/8"

In the middle adhere a piece of
4x5" Very Vanilla card stock

Fold in the left flap and adhere a 2 7/8" x 4"
piece of Very Vanilla Card Stock

Adhere a 3 3/4" x 2 5/8" piece of
Home for Christmas DSP

Cut a 2 7/8" x 4 1/4" piece of Basic Black
card stock and score at 3 3/4"

Apply Fast Fuse adhesive to the 1/2"
scored piece

Centre and adhere behind a 2 3/8x 4"
piece of Very Vanilla card stock

Adhere to Right Flap of Card

Cut out the letters from Cherry Cobbler
card stock using  Little Letters Thinlets,
stamp snowman from Snow Place on
Very Vanilla card stock with Black Ink
and cut out using Snow Friends framelit Dies.
Adhere to 2 5/8" x 3 1/2" piece of Very
Vanilla card stock.

The stamp says Let it snow! but we
only want Let it so....

Use a piece of masking tape to cover the
word snow.  Ink the stamp in black ink...

then peel the masking tape off
so that you only stamp
LET IT

Stamp snowflakes and
adhere scarf.  Both from
Snowplace Stamp set and Snow
Friends Framelit Dies.

Adhere to black flap

Use Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere hat to
left side of card.  Make sure flap can
slide in and out from under hat.
You're done!  Isn't that super easy and cute!

Dimensionals help to create the magic in this card.
Stampin' Up! Dimensionals really are the best
and I use them on almost every card I make.
Definately an essential tool and something I can
never have enough for.  So they would be another
great gift to give your crafty friends.
